If you’re like most people you have heard of the concept of Spirit Guides or Angels and you’re wondering if you have any of your own. The answer is an enthusiastic “YES!” We all have Spirit Guides and Angels and even Animal Guides. Each person has a whole group of loving, devoted non-physical Guides who are committed to helping them while on Earth.

They are there helping you even if you don’t acknowledge them. You’re never alone, believe it or not. And isn’t it wonderful to consider that you have a group of Guides devoted to you? Well sink into that notion, because it’s true – you do! You probably just haven’t had a significant enough of an experience to overcome your Ego’s doubts.

It’s time for all of that to change because learning about your Team of Spirit Guides (I call them my Cosmic Team), who they are, what their names are, what unique talents and special skills they bring to the table is not only fascinating and exciting, but it helps you feel more loved and supported than you ever have been in your whole life. Really feeling this in your heart, mind and soul shifts something inside of you that is extremely profound and healing.

And then when you learn the beautiful art of two-way communication with them – watch out, baby! The floodgates open! Ideas, inspiration, messages, energetic attunements, healings, vibrational adjustments, guidance, fully formed projects and plans come in to your awareness and make your life soooooooooo much more fun and so much easier!

But before we go into the ways that you can start to work with your own Team, I’d like to tell you the story about how I met the members of my own, how I developed my ability to communicate and consult with them anytime and anyplace and the positive impact this has all had on my life.

The Art of Communicating with Your Own Cosmic Team
First of all, if you’re reading this, you’re pretty intrigued with the idea of Spirit Guides. Good for you. I hope that you’ll let go of any Ego-based stories about it not being real, or being weird for you to feel this way.

Because it is not weird at all. In fact, it’s extremely smart. The advantages that you will experience in working with your own Team are very real and I consider them to be extremely practical. So let go of any fears or doubts, and just follow your heart and trust your intuitive guidance.

Important Points for Communication with Your Team
I’m going to start this section with some very key elements you need to remember when developing your communication skills.

First of all, and most importantly, you must learn to trust. This is the key ingredient. You have to trust that the messages you are receiving are from your Team and not made up by you. You can do this as you learn the skill, but I would recommend that you start off by making a decision to trust.

Trust in yourself and your ability to actually communicate. And trust in your Team and the fact that they are not only there but communicating with you and supporting you all of the time. The biggest thing that I’ve seen get in the way of communication is people’s lack of Trust and Ego getting in the way.

Why not choose to start this process from a place of trust, versus skepticism? If you are highly skeptical about their existence or your ability to communicate with them, it will affect your experience. Skepticism energy is not really a match with open communication.

And you have to be a vibrational match to hear their messages and feel their support. You need to stay in a good energy, high vibration place so that you can easily tap into the messages that they are giving to you. When you are vibrating in fear or doubt, it’s very hard to hear their messages. Focus on feeling good, experiencing gratitude, love and peacefulness. Not only will you have a nicer earthly experience, you’ll also be able to tap into the messages from your guides with much greater ease!

“Dream big.” “Go for the gold.” “Set a BHAG – Big Hairy Audacious Goal.” These are the types of phrases you may have heard from motivational speakers and professional coaches. Let’s face it, the goal setting process is valuable. It helps you get clear about what you want and reminds you of where you are going. But there’s a missing piece of the goal-setting puzzle, in my opinion. And this one thing can mean the difference between achieving the goals you’ve set for yourself and those same goals becoming an impossible dream.

Take my client Frankie. She’s a wonderful lady. A dreamer – and a do-er. By the time Frankie found her way to me she was in a place of financial struggle. She was doing everything right, or so she thought. I could tell in our first conversation that Frankie had fallen prey to the encouragement of the motivational masses on the topic of goal setting. She had heeded the battle cry of setting her own “BHAG’s” and had grown very, very fond of them.

During one of our earliest conversations Frankie shared with me her favorite BHAG; the financial goal she had set for her business. She intended to make $500,000 in 2010. Like many people who have dipped their toe in the Law of Attraction pond by watching the mega-hit “The Secret,” Frankie had an elementary understanding of how the Universal Laws really work.

This became clear to me as we discussed the structure of her business. You see, Frankie’s business model was not set up to pull in that kind of money. She didn’t have the products and services created, or the marketing avenues. But she did have her “BHAG” and her strong belief that she was open to the Universe bringing her this income.

Well, that’s all lovely. I believe in the loving Universe bringing us things too – but I also know that I have to be a “vibrational match” in order for those good things to come into my experience.

I shared some resources with Frankie to help her better understand the Universal Laws that work in conjunction with the Law of Attraction. And I also shared with her my theory of “Money Resonance.” You see, when it comes to things in your business such as price or goal-setting, one must take great care to make sure that they are “resonant” with those numbers. In other words, if you are making $12,000 a year and you set a BHAG of $700,000, it’s more than likely that you are not vibrationally resonating – or anywhere near resonating with that number. You’re resonating with what you are experiencing.

Look, I know all of this talk about vibrational resonance might sound way out there. It’s really not that complicated, but I get that they are not words you hear every day. For those of you who have been drawn to the Law of Attraction idea, you owe it to yourself to get up to speed with these other concepts. Failure to learn about this stuff is the reason most people struggle to make Law of Attraction work for them.

So here’s the thing guys – if you set a goal that you aren’t resonant with? It’s going to create more dissonance within your energy. Every time you look at that goal, you’re going to “energetically zap” yourself. That might happen in the form of a conscious or subconscious thought like “Who am I kidding – I can’t achieve that.” Or “I don’t really deserve to make 500,000 a year!”

Maybe you’ve been very attached to your goals like my client, Frankie. When I first introduced the idea of being resonant with her goals, she was very resistant to it. She had been long listening to those well-meaning motivational speakers out there. My idea was a completely new one, like it might be for you. But after some consideration and some honest dialogue, she was able to see for herself that her goals were doing more damage than good.

So how do you know if you’re not resonant with your goals? Easy! Just look at your progress. How close are you to achieving them? Are you on track? If so, you’re resonant. If not, well, you’re not.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t be. Use this idea to have some honest dialogue with yourself about why you’re not resonant. What are you believing about yourself that is impacting your ability to achieve those goals you hold dear? Is there anything you need to energetically release in order to move forward?

And while you’re working on releasing that which is getting in your way, consider writing new goals that don’t undermine your success.

It can be a complex process, but it’s certainly achievable. If you feel that you would benefit from a guide on this journey, I can help you. Consider taking advantage of one of my Intensive coaching programs designed to get you moving forward – FAST! A “Goals and Money Resonance” Strategy Session is an integral part of this amazing program. Check it out here…http://www.mollyluffy.com/30days/

Rachel is a fabulous client of mine. She’s smart, really funny and incredibly spiritually awake. I just love working with her – she really is my ideal client. We do a lot of cool things together – from energy releasing work to creating her business strategy, our time together is always powerful and creates incredible forward movement for her.

And while Rachel herself would say that she is indeed very spiritually awake, she does not consider herself “intuitive.” For many spiritual travelers, intuition is one their strongest tools and many consider it their #1 asset. I know I do! So early in our relationship, when I would ask Rachel what her intuition said about a particular topic, she would get a blank look on her face and say things like “I don’t know, I’m not intuitive.” My response to her, “Not true, my friend. You ARE intuitive, you just haven’t really embraced it or actively worked on it yet.”

And so started Rachel’s journey to activate her inborn sixth sense. And yours can begin today! If you, like Rachel, don’t consider yourself particularly intuitive, know that it is a sense that you already have – and like working a muscle – over time – it gets stronger and stronger providing you with endless insight, information and guidance. And all of this makes life flow so much easier.

Here’s an interesting tidbit. Did you know that only 20 or 30% of our communication with one another is verbal? WOW!?! What’ the rest? Well body language certainly plays into it but also something that you may not have ever really considered before – vibrational communication – aka reading each other intuitively!

I hope you choose to embrace this gift. I cannot tell you how it helps me several times every single day! I listen to my intuition now without fail – even if my intuitive hit on a particular subject doesn’t seem to make sense at the time. There are times when the intuitive guidance you receive does not make sense until a later time.

I’d like to share with you some ideas for developing your intuition starting today. First – you must adopt the idea that we ALL are born with a natural intuitive gift – it is not deemed for a special group of people – and since you are alive, this means YOU. YOU have natural intuitive ability! So adopt that belief for yourself right here and now – YOU ARE INTUITIVE!

Next, if you’re like most people, you’ve had at least a few instances of intuitive guidance and now is the time to dig for those experiences. It’s important to recognize, own and anchor them so that you can remind yourself that again YOU ARE INTUTIVE by nature.

Here’s some food for thought. Have you ever met someone who said all the right things – but you just didn’t like them? Like they had “bad vibes” or something? That’s an intuitive hit! You were reading them with your intuition.

Or what about a time when the phone rang and you knew who was calling even before you picked up the phone? Intuition at work! And how about that time when you felt resistance to entering into a new venture but you didn’t listen and did it anyway? And then later you found that the new venture was a stress fest. Your intuition was right on!

You need to start to consciously work your intuition muscle by accessing it frequently. I recommend that you keep an “Intuition Journal” to record and track your intuitive hits. That way you have a running tab of how accurate your intuition really is. This can help you to learn to rely on it, without even having to think about it, question it – or go against it.

So the next time you meet someone new – consciously tune into what that small still voice, or “knowing” inside is telling you about the person. Write it down in your journal and then record your observations about this person and your intuitive hit, over time.

You’ll start to see that your intuition is available to you at all times – and is very accurate! But beware – an accurate intuitive read is next to impossible when you are in negative energy like fear. I always tell my clients – “When you are in fear, you cannot hear” meaning you can’t hear your intuition when your predominant energy is fearful or negative.

So you see, intuition is not some out-there concept available to the lucky few. It’s one of your senses – and it’s up to you to develop it!

So many people yearn to create a life filled with meaning. And now, perhaps more than ever before in our history, people are waking up to their spiritual nature. They get that they are non-physical souls having a physical experience. They understand the Laws of the Universe and believe that they can create a life filled with purpose and passion. And many of these people have discovered the most spiritual walk of all; the journey to return to wholeness and peace; the journey to love themselves completely.

Recently a new client came to me and spoke the words I’ve heard so many times before. “Molly, I really want to love myself, but I don’t know how.” I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard this statement. Starting with me. Many years ago I woke up to the fact that my spiritual journey and search for answers led me right back to me. And when I realized that the real journey I needed to take was one of loving myself for who I was, I felt a little scared too. But this feeling was overpowered by an incredibly strong sense of purpose and desire to take this journey. I felt driven, like I never had before, to figure out what it was going to take for me to love myself.

This journey started a number of years ago for me. I didn’t have a handbook or a roadmap, but I was determined and kept working on it over time. I searched for strategies and ideas from spiritual teachings that resonated with me. I was brave and looked at my feelings and beliefs and things I was ashamed of. Eventually I became skilled in working with energy and I was able to let all of my shame and guilt go.

And boy am I glad that I did because life now looks completely different for me. Instead of beating myself up, my inner voice now has a dialogue that is supportive and loving in nature. When I find myself struggling with something and I notice that I’m getting frustrated, I soothe myself with kind and loving words. I know who I am now. Not as a wife or daughter or any of the other roles I play, but who I am at the core. And it feels really, really good. I am finally comfortable in my own skin!

My life has changed for the better in countless ways. And now I am lucky enough to support others in their own journey to loving themselves. So if you are one of those people who is ready to take this journey, I’d like to support you with some questions and strategies to help you get started.

1. Commit to the process. Consider loving yourself and actively work on it as you would any other important goal.

2. Get in touch with your “Inner Critic.” All of us having a running dialogue going on within our own minds. Oftentimes this voice delivers damaging and hurtful messages. In order to retrain your brain, focus your attention on what’s going on inside of your mind. Create an inventory of beliefs, feelings and fears you’d like to release.

3. Release your shame and negative beliefs. Before you can effectively fill yourself with empowering thoughts and beliefs, you need to bulldoze those that aren’t serving you. Learn how to work with energy – and then clear yourself of your Inner Critic Inventory.

4. Tame Your Inner Critic. Once you’ve started to rid yourself of the damaging thoughts, you can start to empower yourself with new uplifting beliefs. When you catch your Inner Critic doing its old negative song and dance – catch it – and say some uplifting words and retrain your Inner Critic to be your Inner Cheerleader!

When one owns up to the fact that they don’t love themselves, it can feel scary and lonely. But facing it is the first step and the loneliness and scared feeling can be replaced by a sense of excitement and empowerment. Because loving yourself is spiritual gold. It’s the key to the kingdom, the way to create a life that you love. Magic and miracles await you, if you’re brave enough to walk this path.

Have you ever met one of those people that just seem to be lucky? You know, the ones that seem to lead a charmed life, they seem to have it all – happiness, abundance, a good life?

I have a friend named Trish who appears to most to be very lucky. Not only does she have a good life but just about every time she goes to a casino, she hits a jackpot. I been with her several times when this has happened and while on the surface it may appear as if she’s just a lucky girl, there’s more going on with Trish than just luck. In fact, I have seen her in action – and what I know about Trish is what I believe about the world – we all are responsible for making our own luck.

Trish has a really good thing going with this whole jackpot thing. First of all, it’s important to know that she expects to win. She approaches a slot machine and thinks “C’mon, baby. Let’s hit a big one,” not “Uh oh. I hope I don’t lose this money.” And while she doesn’t hit a big one every time, she does often enough to have activated a belief in her that is unshakeable – she is going to win. She doesn’t let a temporary loss get her down. No way, my friend. She just keeps on keeping on until she hits that jackpot – never veering from her vibrational set point of optimism about her chances of winning.

There’s a lot to be learned from my friend Trish. So I’ve created a set of strategies based on what I know is possible for those who wish to make their own luck. It takes some work, diligence and practice. But after a while you’ll get yourself into a totally good groove with making your own luck. How do I know? Because I’ve done it myself. I’ve heard “Molly has the magic touch. She’s so lucky!” from a number of people recently. But it’s not good luck that I have; it’s good vibes.

I’ve learned how to manage my energy and consistently send out good vibes. Because the vibrational signal you’re sending out into the Universe is what’s responsible for what you are experiencing. By now I’m sure you’ve heard of the Universal Law of Attraction – like attracts like. Makes sense. But the reason that most people struggle to effectively utilize it is because they don’t understand the Law of Vibration. This is another Universal Law that explains how everything is energy – including us – and our energy – or vibration or frequency – is responsible for what we’re attracting. We’re like human radios sending out and receiving signals all of the time.

So, if you’re sending out good vibes into the Universe, you’ll attract good stuff. So to make your own “luck” you need to learn to work with your own human vibration, and consistently send out a “good” signal. And while all of this might sound very scientific and confusing, it’s not. But it does take practice and an understanding of a few core principles.

Here’s how to fine-tune your Human Frequency…

Understand how the Universal Laws work.
I’ve give you a “101” definition of both the Law of Attraction and the Law of Vibration. But to really understand them more, I suggest you learn from the best teacher I know of, Abraham-Hicks. Responsible for a multitude of best sellers, this is the definitive source on these topics – and the teacher of many famous students who appeared in such movies as “The Secret.” I don’t love their books, but I love their teachings through their CDs and tapes. But I have many friends who gobble up their writings, so it might be your cup of tea. Check them out on the net at Abraham-Hicks.com.

Believe that you deserve it.
In my experience, the majority of people have unresolved issues of feeling “unworthy.” And this alone wreaks havoc on their ability to create a happy, fulfilling, abundant life. This impacts your frequency in a hugely negative way. Left un-healed, it will work against you every day of your life. You’ll sabotage and limit yourself in more ways than you can count. This undermines every single goal that you work on. If you don’t believe you deserve it – you will not achieve it. So you need to find a way of letting this old pattern go. And the best way I know of is by energetically neutralizing it by using Meridian Tapping. This is an easy to learn and extremely powerful energy healing tool that I personally have used for years. It is the single most powerful resource I have at my disposal, and I love teaching it to people so they can easily drop the limiting beliefs that consistently undermine their success.

Focus on feeling good
Many people spend their days feeling unfulfilled at their jobs, or unsatisfied in their home lives and find it hard to focus on the good in their lives. If you’re one of those people, I urge you to try to make peace with where you are – and focus on what you’re grateful for in your life. Keeping a daily gratitude journey can help you turn around your patterns of thinking and feeling. It is your absolute birthright to have a happy, good life. And you can do that no matter what is going on around you. There are always good things to focus on. Have you ever heard the story of the “Whistling Trashman?” I heard about him years ago and have never forgotten his story. This trashman was known for his beautiful whistling ability, his warm greetings and friendly smile. People in his area thought of him as the happiest person they knew. They loved trash day when they had an opportunity to interact with this wonderful person. This man was happier, despite what might seem to some as a dreadful job, because he chose to be happy. We can all choose our attitude and outlook. It’s ours to choose! So focus yourself on things that are positive and uplifting. This impacts your frequency in incredible ways!

You really can make your own luck in life if you choose to. You really do have the power to create a life that you love. So I hope that you’ll take these tips and start to apply them in your life. And pretty soon your friends will be talking about how “lucky” you are.

“Stop that.” “You’re so stupid.” “What’s wrong with you?” These are a few of the familiar sounds of the average non-stop, damaging tape-recordings going on in one’s brain. You know – that part of yourself that “regulates” your behavior and actions by keeping you in check. That voice that tries to force you to comply with societal norms, or diets – or whatever you’ve got going on in your life. But if you listen closely, you might just find that this Inner Critic’s voice is just a recording of things you learned as a kid.

Many of us grow up in familial structures that are less than perfect. And we are exposed to a particular pattern of beliefs and thoughts. For example, if your Mother was a nervous person, she likely “programmed” you with tons of messages about safety and being careful. Depending on the level of the messaging, you might grow up to be an adult who plays it very, very safe – to your own detriment. You might make decisions based on an underlying fear that something bad might happen – or you might get hurt.

So what happens is your Inner Voice does its job of keeping you safe by running a tape in your system about “playing it safe.” And this might not be serving you. You might be avoiding situations that would really be wonderful for you – but you won’t allow yourself to go there because of your old programming.

As adults we have an opportunity to examine this voice – and learn how we might be limiting our experience in life due to old programming. But most people don’t take the time to invest in this worthy process. They spend their life living on “auto-pilot” accepting things the way they are, and avoiding any deeply personal inner work. I find that to be incredibly sad.

If you’re one of those people committed to living a life filled with purpose and happiness, then you can achieve that goal with much greater ease, by taking this journey of discovering what’s going on with your own tapes – and then reprogramming yourself with new ideas and beliefs that are really yours – not your parents!

First, find an hour of uninterrupted time that you can devote to starting this process. You’ll need some time alone so you can sit down and answer these questions:

1. What are you most afraid of in the world? Discovering your deepest, darkest fears will help you get in touch with what you’ve been taught about the world.

2. Be fearless – and allow yourself to be honest about this – what are you telling yourself over and over in your head?

3. How do you feel about yourself? Do you like who you are? Are you empowered and living to your highest potential? Or are you playing it safe and small? Journal about this and look for patterns of beliefs that aren’t serving you.

4. Create a list of new and empowering beliefs and ideas that you want to empower yourself with.

5. Once you discover the beliefs and old tapes that aren’t serving you, dissolve the energy of them by using an energy healing technique. I recommend Meridian Tapping.

Doing this kind of work takes courage, but it’s so worth it. Each one of us has so many gifts to share in the world. But in order to share ourselves in a powerful way, and create a life of happiness, we really need to get in touch with the truth of who we are. And we can only do this when we look at – and release those beliefs that we adopted as kids that don’t serve us as adults.

Have you heard the saying, “It’s more important to care about how you feel than to care about what other people think?” Think about that for a minute – caring about your own feelings – more than what other people think about you or what you are doing. Wow. What a notion!

It’s really a simple concept, but it sure takes some practice to live. Let’s face it, many societal and religious messages would encourage us to be self-less – putting everyone else’s feelings and needs before our own. Those who believe this is the appropriate way to live life would certainly balk at the idea of caring about one’s own feelings most. In fact, they would likely consider this idea as unbelievably selfish. But let’s break this down for a moment and consider why caring more about how you feel could actually be a positive way to approach life and have positive implications for yourself – and for those around you.

Over the years I’ve become increasingly interested in metaphysical and spiritual topics. And as I’ve studied these things, it’s really changed what I talk about and how I am with my friends and family. And boy have some people reacted. Some “friends” have teased me and referred to me as “out there.” Others have looked at me with confusion, struggling to understand my point of view or philosophy. And some people have gone away, moving forward on their path, and me happily moving along mine.

It’s been really an interesting journey for me. Sometimes even painful. I’ve felt that internal struggle to be myself and speak my truth and know that it’s really part of my divine path – and an important part of my journey here at “Earth School.” Even saying these words to people have provoked strange looks. I can remember recently saying the words “Earth School” to someone and their jaw hit the floor.

I chuckled silently at how this new concept floored my friend. I could have reacted with feelings of shame like I shouldn’t have shared this concept with this person. It certainly was how I was taught to be as a kid. I was taught that it was important to fit in – and very much care about what other people thought. Had my family been there for that “Earth School” conversation, I would have been reprimanded for saying something that made another feel “uncomfortable.” What a total crock! There is nothing anyone could say now to make me think that I don’t deserve to believe whatever I want.

By speaking my truth, and feeling neutral about how other people will react, is not only my divine birthright – it’s how it can be for each of us. Can you imagine what the world would be like if people felt the freedom to be completely who they are? When we are comfortable in our own skin, and comfortable with our own beliefs – and okay with letting people react however they will – and not feeling upset about it – we can experience absolute joy and freedom. We can’t possibly make everyone happy – so why even try? Let’s focus on making ourselves happy. And when we do that, we’re more available for authentic relationships that lift us up and focus on truth and love. When we allow ourselves to be ourselves, we feel relaxed and happy and can more fully connect with our gifts to share in this world. We become a better parent, friend, spouse and sibling. Everything we do and share is elevated because we are living an authentic, happy life!

So how do we get to this place? It takes commitment – and practice. And letting go of the need for external validation. It takes loving yourself and giving yourself your own version of positive validation. When we look externally for approval from others, we short-change ourselves in a variety of ways. We don’t need anyone to validate us – we can do it for ourselves.

Another important element of connecting with yourself, loving yourself and being yourself in the world is to connect with other like-minded people who really “get” you. Not to validate you, but to easily, authentically connect with. Hanging out with your own “tribe” is extremely valuable – and helps us relax into that best part of ourselves where our authentic personality can shine.

So won’t you commit to this fabulous way of living life? Knowing who you are, what you believe in, loving yourself completely and feeling the freedom to be yourself is really is your choice and your birthright. So go for it. You deserve to be YOU!

Sally was a smart, capable, educated Middle Manager working in Corporate America, trying to do her best, loyal to her company and kind to her employees. She had done pretty well for herself. She was passionate about her job and had become a leader in her field. By the time I met Sally she was well into her fifties and had a lot to feel good about. She had accomplished a great deal with her work and her life, helping many people along the way.

But Sally didn’t feel so good. She was exhausted from years of putting up a front. You see, Sally was terrified that one day she would be “found out.” In her mind, she just wasn’t good enough and she carried around a fear that one day her boss and others in her company would discover that she was a “fraud” and she would be fired from her position. Rational thinking didn’t allay her fear. This was deep. It was in her body, in her cells. And she didn’t know what to do about it.

Sally described that she was tired of carrying around these negative worries and feelings and shared that she considered them a bag of rocks that she hauled around on her back, leaving her tired, worn out and in pain. And she was ready to let them go, once and for all.

Unfortunately Sally isn’t the only person I’ve ever met who had the “fraud factor.” I used to have this feeling myself. It’s actually more common than you might think. About 99% of the clients I’ve ever worked with over the years have struggled with some level of low self-worth. And oftentimes, because of the self-worth struggle, these same clients end up developing a secret – and very damaging fear – that they are a “fraud” on some level and will be found out.

What’s really incredible is that every person I’ve ever known – including myself – had absolutely no reason to feel like a fraud. They were smart and funny, capable and caring – yet they still carried around these deep feelings of fear and shame. I had over 10 years of therapy and I still struggled with these things before I finally discovered the key to letting them go once and for all. And it was a heck of a lot easier than those years of therapy. What I discovered was I was able to let go of the energy of those limiting beliefs and fears and that made all the difference. When I was free from suppressing the old negative feelings, I was able to effectively program some new, positive beliefs about myself.

And the same was true for Sally. I helped Sally release the energy of her own negative feelings and taught her how to do it for herself, so that as things arise that don’t support her, she can gently release them and keep on moving forward in her life – continuing her good deeds of her work and helping others.
So do you feel like a fraud? Are you afraid that you aren’t smart enough? Or good enough? How long can you go on carrying around these lies? Think about what it’s costing you in terms of your energy level, pain in your body, lost opportunities. I urge you to make a decision to actively release the energy of these feelings. We all are “good enough” just because we are breathing! And this goes for you too. So think about what your life would be like if you were totally comfortable in your own skin and were filled up with positive affirming beliefs and feelings. Wouldn’t that be awesome? What could you accomplish? Would life be more fun? Would you be making a bigger difference and helping more people? You bet you would – and more. And it’s available to you if you choose this path of self-love. Just ask Sally.
