Are you feeling that call to share more of yourself with the world? To be more of who you really are? To contribute your gifts and talents with a wider audience?

If so, you’re not alone. Right now, perhaps more than ever in human evolution, Spirit is calling each one of us to more fully embrace and share the essence of who we are. But sometimes that call feels a little scary.

Perhaps childhood experiences have left you thinking that you can’t really reveal the truth of who you are because you will be shunned or ridiculed. Or maybe you feel like you aren’t smart or talented enough to share your gifts in a broader way?

Do those thoughts feel good to you? I doubt it.

Does the thought of effortlessly sharing your gifts and being yourself feel better? Of course.

One thing is for sure – the world is experiencing a spiritual awakening unlike anything seen before in human evolution. Our higher selves are yearning for us to get out of our own way, so we can contribute to the beauty and flow of life – by sharing our positive vibes and good deeds.

Too often we let irrational fears keep us from heeding this call. But there is no need. There are so many tools and teachers to help you let go of the energy that is holding you back.

So ask yourself. If you change nothing about how you approach your business and life – from an energetic standpoint – will anything change? Maybe.

But if you want to make a Quantum Leap – if you really are committed to being your best – and sharing your gifts, you have gotta’ get with the program.

You’ve got to get with the ENERGY PROGRAM. Action and hard-work does not get you past your limitations. But clearing energy does.

For some of you this might seem like a new concept. For others that have heard it time and time and time again – and haven’t done anything about it, well, let me channel Dr. Phil “How’s that working for you?”

Look I know what it’s like to feel that yearning to play a bigger game and more fully express myself in the world. I know how painful it can feel when you want to make a difference but you’re afraid to. And I also know that if I hadn’t learned how to clean up all of my fears and doubts, I’d still be sitting in my home office waiting for the phone to ring.

Instead I’m joyously supporting others by sharing my gifts! I’m loving what I do and can’t wait to get up in the morning! I am bursting with gratitude for the opportunity to serve and to be in the flow of receiving divine abundance.

So for those of you who are feeling that call – and experiencing that pain, please, I beg of you – do yourself a favor – and help make the world a better place in the process. Let today be the day you decide to work on becoming empowered. Let today be the day you say yes to learning how to get out of your own way by releasing the negative energy of limiting beliefs, fears and doubts. Let today be the turning point – and the beginning of the next chapter in your life.

A chapter where love and joy and abundance are the dominant energy – not fear and doubt.

Just listen to your intuitive guidance. Isn’t it telling you it’s time?

How often do you stop to listen to the advice that you give other people? Are you aware that the words of wisdom you offer are very often messages that you yourself can benefit from?

Recently while on vacation with my extended family, I had an opportunity to look at some particularly challenging relationship dynamics.

As I was discussing one issue with my husband, he said “Molly, take your own advice.” “Take back your power and stop letting other people influence how you feel.” He’s heard me say this to my 18-year-old stepdaughter countless times over the years as I’ve supported her through an endless stream of teenage social dramas.

And he’s right – I did need to take my own advice. I needed to tap into that wonderful Inner Guru inside of me that has all of the right answers. So I did. I started by considering what I would tell a friend in the same situation. And what I came up with was perfect and really helped me shift my perspective.

But I didn’t always look within. For years I was too insecure to think I had the right answers. I didn’t trust myself enough to know that what I thought about a situation was most important of all. As a “spiritual seeker” I had often heard sayings like “the answers are within.” Since that resonated with me on a deep level, I made a decision to become the kind of person who could access their own Inner Guru. And while it took a conscious effort, it was so worth it!

The wisdom each one of us offers is based upon our own unique beliefs, knowledge and life experiences. So who better to help you navigate a sticky situation than the person who knows you best – You!

So let me ask you a question, “Can you hear your Inner Guru?” Do you trust yourself enough to know that you have the answers inside? If you don’t, that’s okay. You can work on developing this just like I did.

Here’s one great way to deeply connect with your own wisdom. Take a moment to review the last 2 or 3 important conversations you’ve had with someone and see how the advice you offered can be turned around for your own benefit. Consciously connect with the fact that your advice was wise, and then take that advice yourself.

And the next time you have a friend or client who comes to you for advice, pay attention to your words. It’s possible that you attracted that very conversation so you could grow and evolve through listening to your own advice.

Consciously developing your relationship with, and listening to your very own Inner Guru will help you create more ease and flow, for the rest of your life! So I hope that you’ll start walking this path today.

Rachel is a fabulous client of mine. She’s smart, really funny and incredibly spiritually awake. I just love working with her – she really is my ideal client. We do a lot of cool things together – from energy releasing work to creating her business strategy, our time together is always powerful and creates incredible forward movement for her.

And while Rachel herself would say that she is indeed very spiritually awake, she does not consider herself “intuitive.” For many spiritual travelers, intuition is one their strongest tools and many consider it their #1 asset. I know I do! So early in our relationship, when I would ask Rachel what her intuition said about a particular topic, she would get a blank look on her face and say things like “I don’t know, I’m not intuitive.” My response to her, “Not true, my friend. You ARE intuitive, you just haven’t really embraced it or actively worked on it yet.”

And so started Rachel’s journey to activate her inborn sixth sense. And yours can begin today! If you, like Rachel, don’t consider yourself particularly intuitive, know that it is a sense that you already have – and like working a muscle – over time – it gets stronger and stronger providing you with endless insight, information and guidance. And all of this makes life flow so much easier.

Here’s an interesting tidbit. Did you know that only 20 or 30% of our communication with one another is verbal? WOW!?! What’ the rest? Well body language certainly plays into it but also something that you may not have ever really considered before – vibrational communication – aka reading each other intuitively!

I hope you choose to embrace this gift. I cannot tell you how it helps me several times every single day! I listen to my intuition now without fail – even if my intuitive hit on a particular subject doesn’t seem to make sense at the time. There are times when the intuitive guidance you receive does not make sense until a later time.

I’d like to share with you some ideas for developing your intuition starting today. First – you must adopt the idea that we ALL are born with a natural intuitive gift – it is not deemed for a special group of people – and since you are alive, this means YOU. YOU have natural intuitive ability! So adopt that belief for yourself right here and now – YOU ARE INTUITIVE!

Next, if you’re like most people, you’ve had at least a few instances of intuitive guidance and now is the time to dig for those experiences. It’s important to recognize, own and anchor them so that you can remind yourself that again YOU ARE INTUTIVE by nature.

Here’s some food for thought. Have you ever met someone who said all the right things – but you just didn’t like them? Like they had “bad vibes” or something? That’s an intuitive hit! You were reading them with your intuition.

Or what about a time when the phone rang and you knew who was calling even before you picked up the phone? Intuition at work! And how about that time when you felt resistance to entering into a new venture but you didn’t listen and did it anyway? And then later you found that the new venture was a stress fest. Your intuition was right on!

You need to start to consciously work your intuition muscle by accessing it frequently. I recommend that you keep an “Intuition Journal” to record and track your intuitive hits. That way you have a running tab of how accurate your intuition really is. This can help you to learn to rely on it, without even having to think about it, question it – or go against it.

So the next time you meet someone new – consciously tune into what that small still voice, or “knowing” inside is telling you about the person. Write it down in your journal and then record your observations about this person and your intuitive hit, over time.

You’ll start to see that your intuition is available to you at all times – and is very accurate! But beware – an accurate intuitive read is next to impossible when you are in negative energy like fear. I always tell my clients – “When you are in fear, you cannot hear” meaning you can’t hear your intuition when your predominant energy is fearful or negative.

So you see, intuition is not some out-there concept available to the lucky few. It’s one of your senses – and it’s up to you to develop it!

In this article, the Author teaches the reader how to uncover limiting beliefs that keep one struggling with feelings of unworthiness.

“Stop that.” “You’re so stupid.” “What’s wrong with you?” These are a few of the familiar sounds of the average non-stop, damaging tape-recordings going on in one’s brain. You know – that part of yourself that “regulates” your behavior and actions by keeping you in check. That voice that tries to force you to comply with societal norms, or diets – or whatever you’ve got going on in your life. But if you listen closely, you might just find that this Inner Critic’s voice is just a recording of things you learned as a kid.

Many of us grow up in familial structures that are less than perfect. And we are exposed to a particular pattern of beliefs and thoughts. For example, if your Mother was a nervous person, she likely “programmed” you with tons of messages about safety and being careful. Depending on the level of the messaging, you might grow up to be an adult who plays it very, very safe – to your own detriment. You might make decisions based on an underlying fear that something bad might happen – or you might get hurt.

So what happens is your Inner Voice does its job of keeping you safe by running a tape in your system about “playing it safe.” And this might not be serving you. You might be avoiding situations that would really be wonderful for you – but you won’t allow yourself to go there because of your old programming.

As adults we have an opportunity to examine this voice – and learn how we might be limiting our experience in life due to old programming. But most people don’t take the time to invest in this worthy process. They spend their life living on “auto-pilot” accepting things the way they are, and avoiding any deeply personal inner work. I find that to be incredibly sad.

If you’re one of those people committed to living a life filled with purpose and happiness, then you can achieve that goal with much greater ease, by taking this journey of discovering what’s going on with your own tapes – and then reprogramming yourself with new ideas and beliefs that are really yours – not your parents!

First, find an hour of uninterrupted time that you can devote to starting this process. You’ll need some time alone so you can sit down and answer these questions:

1.   What are you most afraid of in the world? Discovering your deepest, darkest fears will help you get in touch with what you’ve been taught about the world.

2.   Be fearless – and allow yourself to be honest about this – what are you telling yourself over and over in your head?

3.   How do you feel about yourself? Do you like who you are? Are you empowered and living to your highest potential? Or are you playing it safe and small? Journal about this and look for patterns of beliefs that aren’t serving you.

4.   Create a list of new and empowering beliefs and ideas that you want to empower yourself with.

5.   Once you discover the beliefs and old tapes that aren’t serving you, dissolve the energy of them by using an energy healing technique. I recommend Meridian Tapping.

Doing this kind of work takes courage, but it’s so worth it. Each one of us has so many gifts to share in the world. But in order to share ourselves in a powerful way, and create a life of happiness, we really need to get in touch with the truth of who we are. And we can only do this when we look at – and release those beliefs that we adopted as kids that don’t serve us as adults.

Have you heard the saying, “It’s more important to care about how you feel than to care about what other people think?” Think about that for a minute – caring about your own feelings – more than what other people think about you or what you are doing. Wow. What a notion!

It’s really a simple concept, but it sure takes some practice to live. Let’s face it, many societal and religious messages would encourage us to be self-less – putting everyone else’s feelings and needs before our own. Those who believe this is the appropriate way to live life would certainly balk at the idea of caring about one’s own feelings most. In fact, they would likely consider this idea as unbelievably selfish. But let’s break this down for a moment and consider why caring more about how you feel could actually be a positive way to approach life and have positive implications for yourself – and for those around you.

Over the years I’ve become increasingly interested in metaphysical and spiritual topics. And as I’ve studied these things, it’s really changed what I talk about and how I am with my friends and family. And boy have some people reacted. Some “friends” have teased me and referred to me as “out there.” Others have looked at me with confusion, struggling to understand my point of view or philosophy. And some people have gone away, moving forward on their path, and me happily moving along mine.

It’s been really an interesting journey for me. Sometimes even painful. I’ve felt that internal struggle to be myself and speak my truth and know that it’s really part of my divine path – and an important part of my journey here at “Earth School.” Even saying these words to people have provoked strange looks. I can remember recently saying the words “Earth School” to someone and their jaw hit the floor.

I chuckled silently at how this new concept floored my friend. I could have reacted with feelings of shame like I shouldn’t have shared this concept with this person. It certainly was how I was taught to be as a kid. I was taught that it was important to fit in – and very much care about what other people thought. Had my family been there for that “Earth School” conversation, I would have been reprimanded for saying something that made another feel “uncomfortable.” What a total crock! There is nothing anyone could say now to make me think that I don’t deserve to believe whatever I want.

By speaking my truth, and feeling neutral about how other people will react, is not only my divine birthright – it’s how it can be for each of us. Can you imagine what the world would be like if people felt the freedom to be completely who they are? When we are comfortable in our own skin, and comfortable with our own beliefs – and okay with letting people react however they will – and not feeling upset about it – we can experience absolute joy and freedom. We can’t possibly make everyone happy – so why even try? Let’s focus on making ourselves happy. And when we do that, we’re more available for authentic relationships that lift us up and focus on truth and love. When we allow ourselves to be ourselves, we feel relaxed and happy and can more fully connect with our gifts to share in this world. We become a better parent, friend, spouse and sibling. Everything we do and share is elevated because we are living an authentic, happy life!

So how do we get to this place? It takes commitment – and practice. And letting go of the need for external validation. It takes loving yourself and giving yourself your own version of positive validation. When we look externally for approval from others, we short-change ourselves in a variety of ways. We don’t need anyone to validate us – we can do it for ourselves.

Another important element of connecting with yourself, loving yourself and being yourself in the world is to connect with other like-minded people who really “get” you. Not to validate you, but to easily, authentically connect with. Hanging out with your own “tribe” is extremely valuable – and helps us relax into that best part of ourselves where our authentic personality can shine.

So won’t you commit to this fabulous way of living life? Knowing who you are, what you believe in, loving yourself completely and feeling the freedom to be yourself is really is your choice and your birthright. So go for it. You deserve to be YOU!

Sally was a smart, capable, educated Middle Manager working in Corporate America, trying to do her best, loyal to her company and kind to her employees. She had done pretty well for herself. She was passionate about her job and had become a leader in her field. By the time I met Sally she was well into her fifties and had a lot to feel good about. She had accomplished a great deal with her work and her life, helping many people along the way.

But Sally didn’t feel so good. She was exhausted from years of putting up a front. You see, Sally was terrified that one day she would be “found out.” In her mind, she just wasn’t good enough and she carried around a fear that one day her boss and others in her company would discover that she was a “fraud” and she would be fired from her position. Rational thinking didn’t allay her fear. This was deep. It was in her body, in her cells. And she didn’t know what to do about it.

Sally described that she was tired of carrying around these negative worries and feelings and shared that she considered them a bag of rocks that she hauled around on her back, leaving her tired, worn out and in pain. And she was ready to let them go, once and for all.

Unfortunately Sally isn’t the only person I’ve ever met who had the “fraud factor.” I used to have this feeling myself. It’s actually more common than you might think. About 99% of the clients I’ve ever worked with over the years have struggled with some level of low self-worth. And oftentimes, because of the self-worth struggle, these same clients end up developing a secret – and very damaging fear – that they are a “fraud” on some level and will be found out.

What’s really incredible is that every person I’ve ever known – including myself – had absolutely no reason to feel like a fraud. They were smart and funny, capable and caring – yet they still carried around these deep feelings of fear and shame. I had over 10 years of therapy and I still struggled with these things before I finally discovered the key to letting them go once and for all. And it was a heck of a lot easier than those years of therapy. What I discovered was I was able to let go of the energy of those limiting beliefs and fears and that made all the difference. When I was free from suppressing the old negative feelings, I was able to effectively program some new, positive beliefs about myself.

And the same was true for Sally. I helped Sally release the energy of her own negative feelings and taught her how to do it for herself, so that as things arise that don’t support her, she can gently release them and keep on moving forward in her life – continuing her good deeds of her work and helping others.
So do you feel like a fraud? Are you afraid that you aren’t smart enough? Or good enough? How long can you go on carrying around these lies? Think about what it’s costing you in terms of your energy level, pain in your body, lost opportunities. I urge you to make a decision to actively release the energy of these feelings. We all are “good enough” just because we are breathing! And this goes for you too. So think about what your life would be like if you were totally comfortable in your own skin and were filled up with positive affirming beliefs and feelings. Wouldn’t that be awesome? What could you accomplish? Would life be more fun? Would you be making a bigger difference and helping more people? You bet you would – and more. And it’s available to you if you choose this path of self-love. Just ask Sally.

How’s your relationship with money? Have you ever stopped to consider what you believe and feel about it? For most people money is a very sticky subject. We assign all kinds of meaning to money – most of which doesn’t serve us very well.

Growing up I received some very confusing messages about money from the adults in my life. But as an adult, I’ve taken the time to review these beliefs to see if they are really a fit for who I am now and who I want to be going forward.

Once I understood what I felt about money, I was able to neutralize the negative energy of the beliefs that didn’t serve me, by using Meridian Tapping. I have learned that if you want to change your thinking about anything, you must address the energy of the thought or belief. After I neutralized the energy of the limiting beliefs, I started to install new beliefs in myself. Beliefs like “money is just an expression of Source” and “abundance is my divine birthright.” I truly do believe that money flows to me from Source and I gladly participate in circulating it back out to Source again. It can be a wonderful experience, if you’re willing to do the work to get there.

So what do you believe about money? If you have less of it than you want, you really must take the time and commit yourself to uncovering the things that are negatively impacting your ability to attract more money and then transform that negative energy. Don’t forget – you’re always in attraction mode – either attracting more of what you want, or more of what you don’t want. Guess what having a bunch of limiting beliefs around money gets you – more of the same – limited money!

Right now, won’t you take some time to work on discovering what you believe about money? Were you taught that you have to work super-hard – and not enjoy the work in order to make money? How about money “doesn’t grow on trees,” infusing you with a general feeling of “lack” about the topic? What was the general vibe in your household? What were the sayings you heard your parents say over and over again?

I hope you’ll give yourself the gift of creating a positive, uplifting set of beliefs about money – and the fact that you deserve lots of it. Life sure is more fun when money is your friend and not your enemy.
